Matt has been a dedicated Realtor® for over 8 years, quickly earning the title of “Rookie of the Year” in 2010. Since then, he has consistently been a Multi-Million Dollar Producer. Among his numerous accolades are the Salesperson of the Month Award (multiple years and months), the Top Producer Bronze Award (2016), and the Rising Star Award (2015). These honors reflect Matt's commitment to his clients, whether he’s helping a buyer find their dream home or assisting a seller in maximizing their profits. With extensive experience in every type of transaction, Matt possesses the knowledge and expertise to ensure a smooth process.

Throughout his career, Matt has continuously sought to expand his real estate knowledge. In 2012 and 2013, he became an IAAO-certified appraiser for Maricopa County, working as a commercial appraiser. This role, combined with his ongoing Realtor® duties, made Matt an expert in real estate valuation. In 2017, he enrolled in broker school with the vision of opening Vendita Realty LLC alongside his long-time friend and fellow Realtor®, Nick Cianciola. In 2018, this dream became a reality as Matt successfully completed the necessary schooling and testing to become a broker in Arizona, officially founding Vendita Realty LLC.

He thrives under pressure, often showing multiple houses, meeting clients, delivering keys to new buyers, and completing personal errands—all before noon! Recently, Matt and his wife adopted a beautiful baby girl, and they are absolutely thrilled with their growing family. Despite the demands of new parenthood, Matt continues to prioritize his real estate career and his clients like a true professional.
