Nick has been rocking the real estate scene since 2012! He hit the ground running by selling over 3 million dollars in his first 12 months in the business. He's been called "The Real Estate Sponge of Arizona" because he is constantly soaking up as much Real Estate knowledge he can handle and is always willing to share his wisdom and experiences with anyone who shares the same passion.  He has amassed many awards and accolades within the local Real Estate Community. Most recently, he has been recognized as a Gold Award Winner for the WeMar President's Round Table Award in 2017 and 2018 for being in the Top 3% of REALTORS® in Arizona and $11+ Million Dollars in sales each year.  He forgot to put in for the award for several years but finally remembered again in 2023 where he won the Silver Award.

 

Nick is a one man show. So, when you work with Nick you actually get Nick. He won't pawn you off on a trainee or assign another REALTOR® to be your "showing" agent. He prides himself on being 100% responsible for every aspect of the real estate transaction whether he is representing buyers or sellers. He does not have a transaction coordinator behind the scenes actually doing all of the paperwork. When you work with Nick. He is constantly giving back to his community, mostly because he is a sucker that has a difficult time saying no to a sponsorship, but also because he believes in good karma. He's sponsored local professional and amateur bowling tournaments, little leagues, youth bowling leagues, and various other local clubs & associations. When his kids were younger, he would sponsor a Free Pictures with Santa event for 500+ children to get their pictures taken with Santa at his community park located in the Northwest Valley.  Nick is also very active with Breast Cancer Awareness and Bowl for the Cure because his mother is a Breast Cancer Angel since June 2018. If he isn't showing houses or doing an open house on the weekends you can usually catch him at the bowling alley with his kids.
